THIS IS HOW DO WE FILE


Your DBA filing process will follow the steps below-

  1. After receiving your order, we review it for accuracy, then e-mail/mail prepared application in pdf format for your signatures as quickly as possible. (normally within few minutes during normal business hrs.)
  2. Upon receiving the signed form back, we personally take it to the County and file with County Clerk. Then we mail original certified documents to you.
  3. We arrange publishing of DBA in County's adjudicated newspaper within 30 days to publish for four consecutive weeks, which is included in your order.
  4. Upon completion of publishing for four weeks, you will receive a copy of proof of publication and we will submit a copy at County Clerk's office.  This process may take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
  5. That is it.. Filing process is complete and good for next 5 years.

If you change your business address, owners, business names  within period of 5 years of your filing, you are advised to file your DBA again.
