HOW
DBA Filing WORKS

Your DBA filing process will
follow the steps below-
- After receiving your order,
we review it for accuracy, then e-mail/mail prepared
application in pdf format for your signatures as quickly as
possible. (normally within few minutes during normal
business hrs.)
- Upon receiving the signed form
back, we personally take it to the County and file with
County Clerk. Then we mail original
certified documents to you.
- We arrange publishing of DBA
in County's adjudicated newspaper within 30 days to publish for
four consecutive weeks, which is included in your order.
- Upon completion of publishing
for four weeks, you will receive a copy of proof of
publication and we will submit a copy at County Clerk's office.
This process may take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
- That is it.. Filing process is
complete and good for next 5 years.
If you change your business
address, owners, business names within period of 5 years
of your filing, you are advised to file your DBA again.
